Our client has created the first 3D community for your mobile device!

This Software Engineer will assume a primary role in designing, building, and tuning advanced, reliable, high-performance web-based applications and/or network management applications for the fast-growing mobile messaging space.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

Design and implement new product features, and ensure performance, correctness, security and maintainability of the product while acquiring and applying expertise on varied messaging and/or network-management protocols.

Support live deployments with detailed product knowledge, debugging expertise, and/or code changes. Fix bugs as necessary, and occasionally support product demos.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

Experience developing high-performance server-side products in Java on Linux and/or Solaris.

Familiarity with a few Java Web Development Frameworks (Struts, JSF, Spring etc).

Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS and of message transport protocols such as HTTP, XML, SOAP, REST.

Full product development life-cycle experience on a product deployed at multiple large customer sites. Experience in wireless / mobile space a plus.

Equivalent of: BS in Computer Science and at least 4 years of industry experience; or MS in Computer Science and 2 years of industry experience.

Java certification (SCJP/SCJD) a plus. NMS experience in FCAPS and/or in management protocols like SNMP a plus.
