Position Title: Project Executive



The Project Executive is responsible for leading the project and is accountable for all facets of the project lifecycle and relationship management with the project stakeholders. This position will take responsibility for ensuring deliverables are complete, produced on schedule, within budget and meeting specified quality standards. Additionally, this role will drive cross-functional teams in planning and executing of project tasks including translation of customer requirements into formal agreements and plans to conclude in customer acceptance of results while meeting business objectives. The Project Executive ensures that multi-phase project(s) integrates into the current SAP solution and new projects.



Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Responsible for budget, performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for their project/segment of the project. Provide leadership over the project ensuring that defined visions, objectives, standards, and methods are met. Drive application development and implementation.

Work with the client to identify business requirements and participates in the development of the proposal. Lead a team in initiating, planning, controlling, executing, and closing tasks of a project to produce the required deliverables. Execute a wide range of process activities beginning with the feasibility analysis through development, test, final delivery, and support model.

Responsible for managing the procurement, acquisition and integration of complex software applications and systems. Responsible for organizing and leading a cross functional team in developing and implementing project deliverables. Provide task direction to project staff and suppliers/vendors when appropriate.

Qualifications/Skills

Basic Qualifications:

* Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or related field required

* MBA Preferred.

Desired Experience:

* 8-10 years of experience in an IT leadership role, managing a multi-faceted technical/functional area, preferably in the delivery of IT projects and enhancements.

* Must have completed 3 or more global ERP implementations.

* Minimum of 8 years of managerial experience with significant experience running large projects.

* Must have demonstrated success in an executive leadership role.

* Must have knowledge of enterprise system software solutions and the integration of business process design to final solution determination.

* General knowledge of SOX controls and processes.

* Management of IT budgets exceeding $10 million.

Desired Technical Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of business, strategy and applications.

* Understanding of industry trends and direction.

* Masters and applies expert knowledge of application technology and associated leading edge solutions and strategies related to the client’s business to help them achieve their business goals and objectives.

* In-depth knowledge of all phases of system development lifecycle, including production support.

* Senior level project management skills.

* Ability to effectively manage large teams and budget.

* Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to all levels of management and staff.

* Ability to staff, motivate and develop a highly productive and effective workforce.

* Strong analytical skills, including ability to see the overall project picture at any point in time.

* Must be a strong public speaker/presenter who can champion critical corporate projects.
